This Skip is clearly overloaded as a result you can see that the loader would not lift the skip and ended up crushing the pavement whilst trying. This person eneded up having to pay for a second skip and potentially a claim from the council for the pavement as it is the users responsibility not to overload the skip and any damage caused to paths pavements or drives during retrieval is down to the customer.
